Shipping policy

We do not offer free shipping. However, we do offer a generous discount to help offset the cost of shipping for orders valued at $125 and up.

You, the customer are responsible for shipping choice and payment.

Shipping options and payment are fulfilled at order checkout.

We endeavour to ship orders within two business days after orders are placed.

In the event that we need more than two business days to ship an order, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.

Only Canada Post delivers to PO Box addresses

If a courier service is chosen to deliver to a PO Box, we will contact the customer to determine if an alternate delivery address is available within the postal code zone.

If an alternate delivery address is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Canada Post

Avoid shipping Canada Post if at all possible. Canada Post is very expensive for us and, as such we cannot offer competitive rates.
Only use Canada Post to ship to a PO Box IF you have no other choice.

If you live in an isolated rural location (out in the country), and you do not have an alternate physical street address for delivery within a nearby town, or village in your postal code zone, then you likely have no choice but to use Canada Post.

Courier Services

Courier services offer competitive rates and provide the best value for your shipping dollar.
Courier services will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Courier services will only deliver to physical street address locations, which include apartments and townhouses.

Courier services are unlikely to deliver to isolated rural locations within a given postal code zone.

Courier Services will deliver to physical street addresses within small towns and villages in rural postal code zones.

We reserve the right to choose a different carrier from that of your choice.
