    Iced Lemon Ginger

    (serves 4)
     2 cups hot water
    4 Maté Factor Lemon Ginger bags
    or 4 Tbsp loose leaf Maté Factor Lemon Ginger
    Steep for 7 minutes, strain and add:
    1/4 cup honey
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp lime juice
    2 cups of ice
    Mix well and store in refrigerator.
