Iced Peach Maté
An iced yerba maté at it's best.
2 cups hot water
or 3 Tbsp loose leaf Maté Factor Brazilian Green
½ cup frozen peach concentrate
1 Tbsp honey
2 cups of ice in 1 litre pitcher
Steep Maté Factor Brazilian Green in hot water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags or strain loose leaves.
Stir in honey and peach concentrate.
Pour tea over ice.
